Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of your order.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Area: We ship exclusively within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Costs: All shipping costs are included in the purchase price of your mattress.
Carriers: We select the shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS) at our discretion; customers cannot choose a specific carrier.
Delivery Times: Mattress orders typically ship within 5-7 business days from the order date. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary.
Shipping Delays: Mattress Mark is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control. We will notify you via email of significant delays.
Address Changes: Once an order is placed, changes to the shipping address are not possible. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for any delivery modifications.

4. Returns and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy, which details conditions and procedures for comfort returns and warranty claims, is an integral part of these Terms. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined in our **Return & Refund Policy**.

5. Warranty

All Mattress Mark mattresses come with a **10-Year Limited Warranty** covering specific manufacturing defects. The full terms and conditions of this warranty are detailed in our **Return & Refund Policy** and included with your product.

You agree not to use the Mattress Mark website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, disrupt, or impair the site or its users. This includes, but is not limited to, transmitting any material that is harassing, defamatory, obscene, or infringing upon the rights of others.

All content on the Mattress Mark website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mattress Mark or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
